Spring into Action! Take part in our fundraising challenge
If you’re looking for new ways to boost or kick-start your health and fitness this season then join our 7-day ‘Spring into Action!’ challenge! Whatever activities you choose to take part in, your efforts can help raise much needed funds to help us continue delivering food, education and employability programmes to 40,000 children and young people across the capital.
What is the challenge?
Open to all ages and flexible to suit different levels of fitness, we are challenging you to complete an exercise or health-related activity for 7 consecutive days starting from Monday 26 April – when the London Marathon would have taken place.
All funds raised will go towards supporting children and young people from low income families to reach their full potential. You can find out more about where your money will go here.
What activities can I do?
Anything you like! We have made this challenge as flexible as possible so that you can complete it around your busy schedule. We have listed some example activities below, but it is up to you as to how much or how little you would like to do.
- Running/cycling/walking every day for 7 days
- Doing a different home workout every day for 7 days
- Taking up a new sport for 7 days
- Cutting out your favourite snacks and upping your water intake for 7 days
- Going vegetarian/vegan for 7 days
How do I donate?
Reach out to your friends, family and networks to sponsor you for your chosen challenge. When you have gathered funds and completed your chosen activity, please make a donation via this page. We have not specified a set amount to donate as we are grateful for any amount you can raise during these challenging times.
